The machine has compartments cooled independently at different temperatures. Each of the compartments comprises a temperature detection probe connected to an electronic thermostat. A drawer (3) receives a wine bag i.e. bag in box (2). A door is opened towards a top part, where the door possesses a reception orifice (1) of a neck of the bag in box. The neck of the bag is inserted into a notch of the drawer. The notch is uniformly rotated in its bottom part to receive the neck of the bag. A cooling circuit comprises an evaporator positioned at an inner partition of the orifice.
