<p>PURPOSE: A lead frame loading system is provided to prevent the overlap phenomenon of a lead frame by arranging the lead frame using an electronic mode linear feeder using the natural frequency property of an object. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame loading system comprises a linear feeder(20), a supplying part(30), a lead frame transporting part(40), a plate(52), a balance closable air chuck gripper unit(60). The linear feeder is the electronic type for transporting straight and uses the natural frequency property of an object by being included in the upper part of a support stand. The supplying part transports a lead frame(100) straight forward by transmitting the vibration of the linear feeder after inserting a plurality of lead frames. The plate deactivates the magnetic force so that the lead frame be dropped in a guide rail(51) of downward when the lead frame is transported. The balance closable air chuck gripper unit transfers the lead frame when the lead frame drops to the guide rail.</p> |
