PURPOSE: A device for detecting the sagging of a form during construction work is provided to detect the sagging of a form and warn operators of it using light and noise by installation between general pipe support members. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting the sagging of a form during construction work comprises an upper elastic plate portion(100), an intermediate connection portion(300), an intermediate movement portion(200), a binding bolt portion(600), a lower connection portion(400), and a base plate portion(500). The upper elastic plate portion directly contacts the lower surface of a form(1000). The intermediate connection portion connects to the lower part of the upper elastic plate portion. The intermediate movement portion is formed around the intermediate connection portion to detect the sagging of the form. The binding bolt portion couples the intermediate connection portion and the intermediate movement portion. The lower connection portion is coupled with the lower part of the intermediate connection portion. The base plate portion supports the bottom of the lower connection portion.
