PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member mounting device, a baseboard mounting device, and a baseboard which simplifies mounting operation. SOLUTION: This baseboard mounting device 20 is used for mounting a baseboard 18 extending in a second direction crossing a first direction on a scaffold 10 having a lateral member 12 extending in the first direction. The baseboard mounting device 20 integrally includes a baseboard holding part 21 which accepts and holds the baseboard from one side and a lateral member holding part 22 which is provided to the other side of the baseboard holding part 21 and accepts and holds the lateral member 12 from the other side.
