The present invention relates to a preparation method of a microemulsion of an amino-modified silicone oil, and more specifically, to a preparation method of a microemulsion of an amino-modified silicone oil with excellent room temperature and high temperature storage stabilities and transparency by mixing a mixture comprising water, a nonionic surfactant and an amino-modified silicone oil, lowering the mixing velocity, injecting an acid material and a base material by turns, and increasing the temperature of the mixture after the injection of the base material.
