A combination cover (10, 20) of battery and a battery are provided, wherein the combination cover includes a coping (1), an anti-explosive film (2), a pulling plate (4) and an insulating component (3). The coping (1) is provided with vents (6), the lower surface of the coping (1) is fixed and hermetically and electrically connected with the anti-explosive film (2), a vent chamber (5) is formed between the coping (1) and the anti-explosive film (2), the vent chamber (5) is interconnected with the vents (6); the pulling plate is provided below the anti-explosive film (2), the anti-explosive film (2) is fixed and electrically connected with the pulling plate (4); and the insulating component (3) is provided in the non-electrically connecting area between the anti-explosive film (2) and the pulling plate (4). The coping (1) and the anti-explosive film (2) are directly laminated and contacted, the insulating component (3) is provided between the anti-explosive film (2) and the pulling plate (4), and an mounting stand in the art is omitted, so the whole structure of the combination cover (10, 20) of battery becomes compact, the height of the combination cover (10) of battery is greatly reduced and the can (11) is capable of holding the higher electrode core (12) which is the electrode core (12) with larger capacity, thereby the capacity of battery is improved.
