PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation apparatus, a route search method, and a program which can provide a route search result meeting preferences of a driver. SOLUTION: The navigation apparatus includes: a first route search means for searching for a guided route from a present position to an interchange which is closest to the present position on a guided route; a second route search means for searching for a guided route from an interchange which is closest to a destination on the guided route to the destination; and a route search conditions setting means for setting a first condition allowing the first route search means to search for a guided route and a second condition allowing the second route search means to search for a guided route. When there is a toll road on the guided route searched for, a control means allows the first route search means and the second route search means to re-search for a guided route on the basis of the first condition and the second condition set by the route search condition setting means.
