PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a lens barrel body light in weight while securing strength of the lens barrel body. SOLUTION: The lens barrel body includes: a first body ring 14; and a second body ring 16 stuck to an outer periphery of the first body ring 14. At least either the first body ring 14 or the second body ring 16 is provided with a thin-walled part 146 or 166 along a peripheral direction, and an air gap 15 along the peripheral direction is formed between the outer periphery of the first body ring 14 and the inner periphery of the second body ring 16.
