WIPING ASSEMBLY AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A wiping assembly and an inkjet image forming device therewith are provided to extend the replacement cycle of a wiping sheet by supporting the wiping sheet to be not moved during a wiping process. CONSTITUTION: An inkjet image forming device with a wiping assembly comprises a body frame(10), a medium feeding unit, a cartridge, and a wiping assembly(40). The medium feeding unit is coupled to the body frame and feeds a printing medium. The cartridge is coupled to the body frame and forms an image in the fed printing medium. The cartridge has a nozzle unit for discharging ink. The wiping assembly performs wiping on the nozzle unit. The wiping assembly has a wiping sheet storage unit(700), a transfer shuttle(200), a pressing member, and a wiping sheet support unit. A wiping sheet is wound around the wiping sheet storage unit. The transfer shuttle is moved along the nozzle unit. The pressing member is installed I the transfer shuttle and presses a part of the wiping sheet. The wiping sheet support unit is installed in the transfer shuttle and controls the movement of the wiping sheet.
