PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable controller capable of accelerating the speed of processing when a constant is used in a ladder program. SOLUTION: The programmable controller executing the ladder program includes: a first memory storing the constant; a second memory storing an execution form program; a compilation part storing the constant of a source code of the ladder program into the first memory, replacing the constant in the source code with a storage destination address, converting it into the execution form program, and storing it into the second memory; and a program execution part executing the execution form program of the second memory by the use of the constant of the first memory.
