PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rattling of a sliding member in relation to a slide rail with a simpler constitution. SOLUTION: The slide rail 21 slides and guides the sliding member 22 in a holding state of the sliding member 22 from both sides of a height direction. In each gap of the height direction formed between the slide rail 21 and an upper part and a lower part of the sliding member 22, an upper side resin member 27 and a lower side resin member 28 are provided to reduce contact resistance during sliding to front and rear sides of the sliding member 22 in relation to the slide rail 21. The upper side resin member 27 and the lower side resin member 28 abut on an upper inclined surface part 21D or a lower inclined surface part 21E formed in the sliding member 22 and an upper recessed inclined surface 22A8 or a lower recessed inclined surface 22A9 formed in the slide rail 21, respectively, to perform the positioning of the sliding member 22 in both of the height direction and a width direction in relation to the slide rail 21.
