More specifically, the invention concerns a method for diagnosing pathological muscle pain/fatigue conditions. The invention also concerns a method for of determining responsiveness of a pathological muscle/fatigue condition to treatment with a pharmaceutical agent, as well as a method for screening the efficacy of a pharmaceutical agent for the ability to treat pathological muscle/fatigue conditions.
