PURPOSE: An opening and closing cap and a side bar assembly of a loop carrier for a vehicle including the same are provided to facilitate manufacture and assembly by simply designing the structure of a side bar. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing cap comprises a sidebar(100) and a cap(200). The side bar respectively is installed to the roof panel of a vehicle. The cap comprises a side member and tightly shuts the opening of the side bar. The side member comprises an elastic piece and expanded from a connection piece.
