PURPOSE: A three-dimensionally customized pillow is provided, which prevents sleep apnea and snoring related to respiration and cervical vertebrae. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensionally customized pillow comprises: a skeleton(100) having a structure of three-dimensional space for keeping height and angle suitable for user's figure; a curved surface impact absorbing pad(210) decentralizing the pressure applied to the curved surface; and an additional curved surface impact absorbing pad which corrects unbalanced body related to respiration and cervical vertebrae and is combined with a pillow cover in order to induce sound sleep.
