A method of precise loading railroad cars with bulk material includes dosing by weight, separation of flow of bulk material with possibility of adjusting redistribution of flow rate. Loading of railroad car is carried out by a flow, which is moved along the railroad car, and dosing is performed by weighing the loaded railroad car. The method is implemented by means of a device, which includes a facility for supplying the material, for example, a conveyor, a facility for separation of bulk material into two flows and weigher. In the case, the facility for separation of the flow of material is made in the form of two feeders, for example, tape feeders; moreover the feeders are installed in one horizontal plane with a shift relative to each other along the railway line of coming the railroad cars and installed each with possibility of unloading into the railroad cars, and the weigher is mounted into the railway line, furthermore, the conveyor of supply and feeders are installed on a self-propelled frame with possibility of its displacement along the railway line. |
