FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: installation for physical-mechanical analysis of samples of materials consists of bed plate, of sample grippers and loading mechanism mounted on bed plate, also, loading mechanism is made as gear interacting with axially travelling rack bar connected with one of the grippers. Further, the installation consists of a rod with its end tied with the gear, of a lever, of a load secured on one end of the lever, of a joint on another end of the lever for connection with the rod and a holder of lever turn relative to the rod. Also, the installation has the second gear mounted on the second end of the rod, the holder of turn of the second gear on the rod and a tooth sector secured on the bed plate and engaging the second gear; the joint is set eccentrically on the second gear, while the tooth sector is removable. ^ EFFECT: increased scope of information by analysis with changed asymmetry of cycles during tests to two-cycle and three-cycle symmetrical cycles. ^ 1 dwg |
