PURPOSE: An ecotoxicity detector using sulfur oxidizing microorganisms is provided to prevent affect by air bubble and to ensure stable and reliable test result. CONSTITUTION: An ecotoxicity detector using sulfur oxidizing microorganisms comprises: a bioreactor(100) which has an inlet and outlet, contains sulfur oxidizing microorganisms, and changes sulfur granules and oxygen into sulfated salt ionization by the microorganisms; a first meter(200) having a first pH measuring unit(220) and first EC measuring unit; a second meter(300) having a second pH measuring unit and second EC measuring unit; a controller for determining toxicity of a water sample by comparing results of the first meter and second meter; and a second measuring tank(310) formed at the side of the bioreactor.
