Disclosed is an aqueous composition comprising a 15-keto-prostaglandin compound as the sole active ingredient and a polyoxyethylene castor oil derivative, wherein the composition does not comprise any surface active agent other than a polyoxyethylene castor oil derivative and a quaternary ammonium type cationic surface active agent.
