PURPOSE: A light illuminating apparatus is provided to efficiently emit heat generated from light emitting diodes through a space between a light source part and an insertion groove by inserting the light source part into the insertion groove of a combining unit. CONSTITUTION: A combining unit is arranged in the bottom side of a housing(100). At least one reflector(200) is installed in the housing. A light source part(300) is combined with the combining unit to be rotatable and emits light toward the reflector. The light source part includes a body with a first slanted side and a second slanted side. A plurality of light emitting diodes is loaded on the slanted sides. A sensor partially exposed to the outside is installed in the body.
