PURPOSE: A display device and a lip synchronization control method are provided to measure the lip synchronization value by a transmission path of an input source and set up the lip synchronization value according to the transmission path of the input source. CONSTITUTION: If a specific source is inputted from outside(S600), the offering channel of an input source is confirmed by analyzing the inputted source(S601). A lip synchronization value corresponding to the offering channel of the identified input source is confirmed. The input source is outputted by applying the confirmed lip synchronization value(S605, S609).
