<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cooling jacket which cools a heating body, such as CPU, efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The water cooling jacket is formed with a first flow passage on a heat-transferring-fluid supply means side, a second flow passage group B9 composed of a plurality of second flow passages B9a branched from the first flow passage, and a third flow passage to gather the plurality of the second passages B9a at a downstream side of the plurality of the second flow passages B9a; and includes a first metal fin component 50 which has a first base plate 51 and a plurality of first fins 52 standing on the first base plate 51, and a second metal fin component 55 which has a second base plate 56 and a plurality of second fins 57 standing on the second base plate 56. The first fin component 50 and the second fin componet 55 are combined so that the plurality of the first fins 52 and the plurality of the second fins 57 are engaged each other, and the second flow passage is formed between the adjacent first fin 52 and second fin 57 arranged at a predetermined interval, and the heating body is characterized by making heat exchange with the second flow passage group B9 mainly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
