<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal cap with a liner having excellent capping characteristics which can obtain favorable sealing properties in a state that the head pressure of a sealing machine is extremely low even in an ordinary cap manufacturing line, its manufacturing method, a container with the cap, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The metal cap 1 with the liner includes: a cap body 4 composed of a top plate 2 and a cylindrical peripheral wall 3 hanging from the peripheral edge of the top plate 2; and a liner 5 molded on the inner face of the top plate 2. The metal cap with the liner is mounted to the mouth on which the male screw of a bottle body 4 is formed, caps it in a screwed state, and seals the mouth in a sealed state by deforming the peripheral edge of the top plate 3 by shoulder-drawing processing in the hanging direction, and has an annular inclined part 2a inclined by deforming-processing the peripheral edge of the top plate 2 with the liner 5 in the hanging direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
