PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip type key holder having a simple design which can be simply carried, and which may be easily attached to, detached from or stored in a pocket of a garment, a top end of the pocket or handle of a bag, a belt of a pants, and also a surface of a refrigerator or board using a ferromagnetic or paramagnetic material. SOLUTION: A base material 2 includes a flat plate made of a flexible material formed in an approximately rhombus shape, which is doubled and sewn along an outer periphery to create a surface layer and a back layer. A clasp 4 to which a ring 5 for holding keys is connected is fixed on one end in a longitudinal direction of the base material 2, a magnet 3 is encapsulated and fixed near both ends in a longitudinal direction of the base material 2, a grip is formed by folding the base material in two at an intermediate part of the base material 2, and the key holder may be easily and reversibly attached to or detached from an opposing member by a magnetic force of the magnet 3.
