PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston good in installation workability and easy to process. SOLUTION: This piston 1 is connected to a piston rod 2, and includes a bottom part 11 provided with a plurality of passages 13, 14 and an insertion through hole 18 through which the piston rod 2 is inserted, an outside piece 10 including a tube part 12 rising from an outer circumference of a bottom part 11 and having a piston ring 17 installed on the outer circumference, and a disc shape inside piece 20 including a plurality of passages 21, 22 and an insertion through-hole 24 through which the piston rod 2 is inserted. The inside piece 20 is fitted on a tube part 12 and is laminated on the bottom part 11 of the outside piece 10, and communication among passages 13, 14, 21, 22 of both of the inside piece 20 and the outside piece 10.
