METHOD FOR FABRICATING SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to save materials for forming a rear electrode by decreasing a contact resistor through a silicide layer. CONSTITUTION: A silicon substrate includes a p-type semiconductor layer(211) and an n-type semiconductor layer(212). A metal layer is formed on the lower side of the silicon substrate. A silicide layer(204) is formed by thermally processing the metal layer. A bus bar for a rear electrode is formed on the silicide layer.
