PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a day turning wheel structure with a lower possibility of a day advance failure, and a clock with the same. SOLUTION: The day turning wheel structure 1 of the clock 2 includes: a hub 50 rotatably supported by a plate 10 in an area R2 distant from a center R1 of the clock; a day turning arm 70 provided with a curved arm extended in a curve in a circumferential direction from the hub and a day turning engagement pawl to be engaged with teeth of a day wheel formed at an end of the curved arm; and a day turning gear 60 provided with a disc-like plate body 61 integrated with the hub and a gear 62 formed on an outer circumference of the plate body. The day turning arm 70 includes a day turning arm lateral protrusion 75 on a side face opposed to the plate, which protrudes toward a facing surface of the plate; the plate body 61 includes a plurality of flat spring-like arms 80A and 80B; and the flat spring-like arms are integrally connected to the plate body at a base end and provided with thickness directional position control protrusions 84A and 84B at an end thereof, which protrude toward the plate.
