PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a mono-pile foundation capable of reducing a construction period and a construction cost, and also provide a joint pipe used for the method. SOLUTION: This method of constructing a mono-pile foundation includes a step of lifting guide frames 1, 9, in which a plurality of guide pillar driving spaces 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d are formed around foundation pillar driving spaces 3 formed at the centers, respectively, by respective cranes 5, 8 installed on a coastal land, and of installing the lifted guide frames at predetermined positions in a coastal region, a step of erecting and driving the guide pillars 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d in the guide pillar driving spaces 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d of the guide frames 1, 9 using the cranes 5, 8, a step of erecting and driving foundation pillars 10 in the foundation pillar driving spaces 3 of the guide frames 1, 9 using the cranes 5, 8, and a step of drawing the guide frames 1, 9 and the guide pillars 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d using the cranes 5, 8.
