The adjustment network (AN) has two signaling paths (SP) and load (GND) interconnected parallel paths (PP). A series circuit (SSVI) of variable impedance is interconnected in the signaling path, where the impedance of the serial circuit is adjustable. A parallel circuit (PSVI) of variable impedance is interconnected in the parallel path, where the impedance of the parallel circuit is adjustable. A degree of cascading in the signaling path is higher than the degree of cascading in the parallel path.
