<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for properly grasping relationship between injury/disease and a medical expense when a patient is injured and diseased. <P>SOLUTION: The medical information generation device 1 includes: a part 100 for calculating an average medical expense for each injury/disease group based on a plurality of receipt information storing at least one piece of injury/disease information and the medical expenses; a part 110 for calculating an average difference medical expense that is a difference between the average medical expense of one injury/disease group and the average medical expense in another injury/disease medical group, based on the average medical expense of one injury/disease group and the average medical expense of the other injury/disease group comprising all injuries/diseases constituting the one injury/disease group and the other injury/disease, and extracting combinations between the injury/disease groups whose average difference medical expense is ranked high; and a direction target information generation part 120 generating direction target information including information for identifying an insured person who needs a direction for an increase of the medical expense, the current injury/disease of the insured person, and the injury/disease to be prevented of the insured person, based on the receipt information and the extracted combinations between the injury/disease groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
