PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enameled top panel for a heating cooker having a top plate capable of suppressing thermal deformation of a plain surface even when it is burned for enamelling. SOLUTION: This enameled top panel 12 for the heating cooker, covering a top part of a heating cocker body 11, has the top plate 2 enameled in at least two or more layers on a top plate base 21 made of a rectangular metallic flat plate. The top plate base 21 has bent parts 23 bent from the plain surface of the top panel at both outer peripheral edge parts at a major side. A frame body 5 is mounted on an outer peripheral edge part of the top plate 2. The bent parts 23 of the top plate 2 are bent downward, and recessed grooves 54 formed inside of the frame body 5 to be filled with an elastic adhesive agent 56, are opposed to the top surfaces of the bent parts 23 to adhere the frame body 5 to the top plate 2.
