PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce breakage of a serration crest in press-fitting of a serration shaft part into a serration hole in a bolt retaining structure. SOLUTION: In the bolt retaining structure, the serration shaft part 25d of a bolt having the serration shaft part 25d having an outside diameter larger than a male screw part 25f on a distal end side is press-fitted in the serration hole 19a formed on a fixing member, and the bolt is retained with respect to the fixing member. A first chamfered part 25i is formed on a distal end of the serration shaft part 25d, and the serration crest 25h of the serration shaft part 25d extends to the first chamfered part 25i.
