HIGH-FREQUENCY SIGNAL GENERATOR CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency signal generating circuit which is capable of operating over wide bands, at a low voltage and reducing the circuit area.

SOLUTION: A signal generating circuit 13 generates a signal of the same frequency as that of an output signal. A delay means 14 includes a plurality of delay circuits 17 and delays a signal generated by the signal generating circuit 13. A selection means 15 selects the output signals of the plurality of delay circuits 17. A combination means 19 combines signals selected by the selection means 15 and outputs an output signal. A control means 12 controls the selection means 15 based on data for setting a waveform of the output signal and a control signal for setting at least the amplitude, phase and frequency of the output signal.
