摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle that switches and uses multiple power storage devices and continues running with changing running performance as much as possible even when a failure preventing charging/discharging of the power storage devices from being monitored occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle (100) includes multiple power storage devices (10-1 to 10-3), a driving device (50) so configured as to use power from the power storage devices (10-1 to 10-3) to generate a driving force, and multiple relays (SMR1 to SMR3) for switching between supply and shutoff of power from the power storage device (10-1 to 10-3) provided for the power storage devices (10-1 to 10-3). HV-ECU (46) detects any failure in the power storage devices (10-1 to 10-3) and controls the relays (SMR1 to SMR3) so as to change the state of connection between the driving device (50) and the power storage devices according to the state of the detected failure in the power storage devices (10-1 to 10-3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
