PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cleaning performance when cleaning the inside of a cartridge filter and an exhaust chamber with a cleaning solution. SOLUTION: In a gas feed pipe 22 of the filter cleaning apparatus A, one end thereof is normally separated from one end of a gas jetting pipe 21, and a valve element 23 is positioned at a separated part upward from the valve seat 4b of an opening 4a. When the valve element moves downward by the operation of an air cylinder 28, one end of the valve element abuts on one end of the gas jetting pipe 21 via a packing 21b, and the valve element 23 is seated on the valve seat 4b of the opening 4a. A diaphragm valve 26 opens in this state to feed compressed air to the gas feed pipe 22. The compressed air fed to the gas feed pipe 22 flows into the gas jetting pipe 21 via the gas feed pipe 22, and is jetted into the cartridge filter B from a gas jetting port 21a of the gas jetting pipe 21.
