PURPOSE: A high-speed wireless serial communication link for a stacked device configuration for increasing the reliability of data transmission is provided to increase the reliability of data transmission in a distributed memory system and increase the efficiency of memory storage. CONSTITUTION: A memory controller(106) includes a loop antenna(104) transmitting wireless data. First and second memory devices respectively include an interface combined with the loop antenna receiving the wireless data. The first memory device includes the loop antenna and a transceiver in order to perform communication with a second memory device. |
