COSMETIC COMPOSITION INCLUDING HERB WOOD VINEGAR

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing bamboo pyroligneous liquor is provided to ensure excellent antioxidative, antibacterial, and antiatopic effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with an antioxidative, antibacterial, or antiatopic effects contains 65-80 weight% of bamboo, 1-5 weight% of Cinnamomi Cortex, 3-9 weight% of Zingiberis Rhizoma, 3-7 weight% of Sophora flavescens Aiton, 1-5 weight% of Adenophora triphylla var. japonica Hara, 3-7 weight% of Rumex japonicus Houttuyn., 1-5 weight% of Selaginella tamariscina, and 1-5 weight% of Morus alba L. A method for preparing the bamboo pyroligneous liquor comprises: a step of washing, cutting, and drying bamboo in order; a step of mixing other herbal materials; a step of heating the mixture and cooling the steam; and a step of collecting pyroligneous liquor.
