FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: threaded connection consists of three-step nut, bolt and support bush. The support bush is installed between the nut and a connected part. The nut is three-stepped with equal by height steps, two of which have internal thread and correspond to truncated cones with an incline of cone generatrix to axis of the nut correspondingly at angles 103 on a lower step and 405 on a middle step. The third step corresponds to a circular bearing lug; also, diametre of the middle part of the nut facilitates equal flexibility of components of the bolt and the nut in the middle of threaded connection and is calculated by the following formula: ^ where Dt is diametre of thread, dt is diametre of threaded recesses on the bolt, Eb and En are modules of flexibility of materials of the bolt and the nut. ^ EFFECT: increased strength of threaded connection. ^ 3 dwg |
