PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to maximize the effective area of a transparent substrate by interposing a transparent film with an adhesive layer between the transparent substrate and a metal sheet. CONSTITUTION: A transparent substrate(100a) includes a contact part and a display part. A metal sheet(150) includes a wiring at a position corresponding to the contact part of the transparent substrate. A printed circuit board(170) is in connection with the wiring. A conductive contact spacer(175) is formed on the contact part of the transparent substrate. A transparent film(130) is bonded with the metal sheet and the organic electroluminescence cell array.
