摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of conventional techniques in a method for forming a transformer in a ceramic substrate by forming an integrated ceramic substrate structure with a conductive coil in the ceramic substrate. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the method for forming the transformer (118) in the ceramic substrate. The method can include the steps of forming at least one conductive coil (119a, 119b) having a plurality of turns about an unfired ceramic toroidal core region (120a, 120b) defined within an unfired ceramic substrate (100).
