PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalyst-coated body having high photocatalytic gas decomposition activity even when the photocatalyst-coated body is produced to have a coating film of the thickness exceeding 2μm so that the deterioration of an enameled or clear-coated surface thereof is suppressed, and to provide a photocatalyst coating liquid. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst-coated body includes a photocatalyst layer on the surface of a base material. The photocatalyst layer is obtained by applying the photocatalyst coating liquid and drying the applied photocatalyst coating liquid. The photocatalyst coating liquid includes a photocatalytic titanium oxide particle, a niobium oxide particle and a curable silicone emulsion. Each of the photocatalytic titanium oxide particle and the niobium oxide particle has the particle size smaller than that of the curable silicone emulsion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
