DESALINATION APPARATUS AND WASHING METHOD OF PRETREATMENT MEMBRANE OF DESALINATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desalination apparatus and a washing method of a pretreatment membrane of the desalination apparatus which can efficiently remove scale and extend back washing intervals. SOLUTION: The desalination apparatus includes a pretreatment device 13 having the pretreatment membrane 12 removing turbid matter in raw water 11; a reverse osmosis membrane device 17 having a reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane) 16 removing salinity from filtrate 14 from the pretreatment device 13 to produce fresh water 15; a fresh water back-washing line 30 feeding the fresh water 15 produced in the reverse osmosis membrane device 17 to the pretreatment device 13; and a chlorine feed part 32 feeding chlorine 31 to the fresh water back-washing line 30.
