<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystalline polyester composition which is suitable as a material for forming a liquid crystalline polyester film having excellent thermal conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystalline polyester composition includes a liquid crystalline polyester, a solvent, and a thermally conductive filler. A content of the thermally conductive filler is set to 50-90 vol.% relative to the total amount of the liquid crystalline polyester and the thermally conductive filler. Also, as the thermally conductive filler, 0-20 vol.% of a first thermally conductive filler having a volume-average particle diameter of not less than 0.1μm and less than 1.0μm, 5-40 vol.% of a second thermally conductive filler having a volume-average particle diameter of not less than 1.0μm and less than 5.0μm, and 40-90 vol.% of a third thermally conductive filler having a volume-average particle diameter of 5.0-30.0μm are used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
