PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure further improved to reduce impact noise of a heavy floor in a soundproof floor structure by a two-by-four construction method. SOLUTION: In a ceiling inner part 3 which is a space between a boundary floor 2 and a ceiling 4 of the soundproof floor structure by the two-by-four construction method, a floor joist 5 fixed to the boundary floor 2, and a ceiling joist 6 fixed to the ceiling 4 disposed below the boundary floor 2 are at least partially bound, that is, a rigid member 8 is bound to the floor joist 5 and the ceiling joist 6, and dampers are further interposed between the rigid member 8 and the floor joist 5 and ceiling joist 6.
