PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard-coat film that has high hardness and high scratch resistance, and also, restorableness against flaws. SOLUTION: The hard-coat film 1 is configured so that a hard-coat layer 20 and a restoring layer 30 are sequentially formed at the one-face side of a light-transmitting base material 10 from the side of the light-transmitting base material 10. The hard-coat layer 20 comprises a cured material of a curable resin composition for a hard-coat layer containing a binder component. The restoring layer 30 comprises a cured material of a curable resin composition for a restoring layer containing a urethane acrylate and/or a urethane methacrylate obtained by reacting an organic isocyanate having two or more isocyanate groups in one molecule with a hidroxy modified acrylate and/or a hydroxy modified methacrylate and a polycaprolactone-containing multifunctional alcohol.
