A pivoting plate (4,17,18,19) is mounted adjacent to each hole and has a cut-out (6,20,21,22) which receives the shank of each screw at any position within the holes and provides a tightening platform. The maneuverability of the pivoting plates is ensured by slots (7,29,30,31) which allow them to slide over pivoting pins (8,23,24,25) |
