PURPOSE: An aqueous aerosol valve device is provided to expand a spraying liquid by improving a dip tube to cone shape of various sizes. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous aerosol valve device includes a stem(A), a mounting cup(B), a housing, a spring, a gasket, a dip tube(D), and an operating button device(E). The stem sends content of proper form into a valve device. The mounting cup supports a valve by being attached to an aerosol valve. The housing connects a button unit, the stem and a dip tube. When pressure is emitted, the spring is shrunk and a value is revivified to a closed location. During the valve is closed, the gasket prevent exposure of content. The dip tube moves content to a valve in a container. A user sprays an aqueous aerosol by pressing the operating button device. The dip tube is a cone shape.
