<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for accurately and continuously analyzing siloxane concentration in biogas on the real time basis, and a method for analyzing siloxane using the device. <P>SOLUTION: An infrared siloxane analyzing device for analyzing siloxane concentration in the siloxane-containing biogas has an optical filter which passes only infrared rays of a wave number of 1,250-770 cm<SP>-1</SP>. A filter filled with an adsorbent for adsorbing siloxane is fixed in front of a sample gas introducing port, and a dehumidifier for keeping the water content in the biogas constant is fixed in front of the sample introducing port. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
