PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement method for dwelling house ground, which inexpensively suppresses the inclination of a house below 5/1,000, without giving influences on circumferential environment, when there is no room at the circumferential space of a building area. SOLUTION: A fabric 1, which uses a vinylon fiber as a reinforcing fiber only for warp 11 and a less expensive polypropylene flat yarn for weft, is laid and both ends of the warp of the fabric are secured with an iron pipe 2, an iron pile 3 and leveling concrete 4, reducing the production and laying costs of the fabric 1. The fabric 1 using vinylon fiber only for the warp 11 has a large tensile strength and an extremely small amount of extension as compared with conventional fabrics, suppressing the inclination of a house below 5/1,000.
