PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method simultaneously forming a coated surface of a resin having varied film thickness on the same substrate surface during a step of manufacturing of an electric part or the like. SOLUTION: A surface of a silicone rubber sheet 2 with recession/projection (intaglio 3) is coated with the resin 4 over the entire surface, and the resin has tackiness and a coagulation property by evaporation of a solvent and absorption to the intaglio 3. Thereafter, the resin film 7 having different film thickness corresponding to the recession/projection of the sheet surface is formed on the substrate surface by transferring 100% of the resin onto the substrate 6.
