PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna useful for imparting a vigor to a somatid of a human body to promote health, by a negative ion generating sauna at 40-45°C of low temperature and 80% of high humidity. SOLUTION: A water vessel is provided in an under side of a chair, and a float is installed in a regulated water position of a storage tank. A hot heat circulation pipe is connected from an underwater pump chamber 3 to an ion generator 16. A negative ion generator 2 is connected to circulate hot water, to be blown out as negative ion hot water from an injection hole. The sauna is constituted as a circulation type where the negative ion hot water is blown out from a hole of the hot heat circulation pipe through the ion generator 16 from the an underwater pump 6, to return to the pump chamber 3 through a hot water return port while flowing down on a circulation drainage sloped face.
